Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

If a product offered on the Company Site is not as described or is defective/damaged, you may return the item for a full refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, you will have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Deviation of color is not a valid reason for the guaranteed return. (Please note that due to differences in lighting and computer display settings, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the photos.)
  • Measurements may vary +/- 0.5 cm.
  • All shipping fees associated with the return will be borne by our customers (except for returns due to product defects).

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email info@softsplendor.com to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. We strive to process all returns as promptly as possible.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • perishable items
  • intimates
  • gift cards
  • custom items
  • digital products

    I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

    We do not issue refunds once the order is in the Process of Creation or Shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

    Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?
    If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately, we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low-cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us.
